VIKING NECKLACE - ULFHEDINN
Wolves were a prominent presence in many Norse artifacts and myths, often with varying meanings. Fenrir, the son of Loki and Angrboða, is one of the most well-known figures, prophesied to break free from his chains, devour the sun and moon, and ultimately consume Odin in the battle of Ragnarök.
However, not all wolves in Norse mythology were considered evil. Odin was often depicted with his two loyal wolves, Geri and Freki. These steadfast companions followed him into battle, symbolising loyalty, strength, and the deep bond between the gods and their animals. The Ulfhedinn, or wolf warriors, were revered as fierce protectors and warriors, embodying the primal spirit and strength of the wolf. This necklace, featuring the Ulfhedinn design, honours the warrior spirit and the bond between man and beast.
